Helpful Hints
Thank you for choosing Parker Sanitation II, Inc. for your household trash removal service. We would like to provide you with a few helpful hints to insure great service with our company.
- If you are a new start and do not have your trashcan before your pick-up day, set your trash out by the curb and it will be picked up. (Reminder: trashcans are delivered in five to seven working days.)
- Please have your cart out the night before. Please make sure there is three feet of clearance around your trashcan. Do not stack anything around or on top of your trashcan. An automated truck actually picks up the can. Bagged yard debris may be put into containers. Your service will be for one 96-gallon trashcan per service day unless other arrangements are made.
- We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards as forms of payment. There is a $1.25 transaction fee charged. This service can be done over the phone for your convenience. We also accept checks with your current driver’s license information.
- All payments are due by the 15th of each month. A $0.50 late fee will be applied after the 15th of each month. This being a verbal contract, you must cancel prior to the 1st of the current month to terminate your service. No refunds will be issues.
- Service for accounts that are 20 days delinquent will be terminated. The trashcan will be picked up and a $15 reset fee will be charged for re-delivery. An administration fee equal to 50% of the balance will be added if the account is referred to a collection agency. All accounts that have a credit card number on file will be charged the delinquent amount plus any applicable fees and the account will be closed.
